A.Statement of the Problem
This study aims to find out the effectivity of Snails as Skin whitening.Specifically it will answer the following questions.
1.)Is there a difference on the effect of the new product and the commercial whitener,in terms of:
a.)quality
b.)odor
c.)effectivity or effect
B.Background of the study
I came up with this study because I wan to know the effect of the white pigment found in the Snails in the field of cosmetics.I observed that nowadays people are very much concern in their physical apperance especially on their skin.I also came up with this study because i want to investigate how the Snails can help in our economy problem cause Snails are very much abundant and for farmers they are just pests.I want to know the potential of this product as a whitening lotion.
C.Significance of the study
The significance of this study is to produce a cheaper product of cosmetics.This will prove if the white pigment in Snails are really effective.If its is,the Snails a useful species in our environment especially for farmers because it will give them an extra encome.
D.Scope and limitation.
This study studies only on the white pigment found in the snails.Its limitation is about the effectivity of the pigment in a human skin in terms of making lotions.
